Guzzle is landing in Belfast to celebrate the release of its third print issue, A Hunger for Home, at Tom's.
Chef and Guzzle writer Phillip McCrilly will serve cheese toasties made with locally sourced ingredients. The menu draws on memories from Phil's mum's kitchen, where formative cooking lessons arrived quietly through second helpings of a favourite dish, and takes further inspiration from Sian Conway's Academic Ranking of Irish Sandwiches, which appears in issue three.
Book your free ticket here. Toasties are available to buy until sold out. Complimentary beers from Kinnegar Brewing will be served on a first-come, first-served basis.
