Guzzle is an art and food publication founded in Dublin, Ireland.

Launched in 2022, Guzzle was founded on the belief that food is the ultimate connector. Since then, it has taken the form of three print publications, a fine-dining experience in a field, an exhibition in Berlin, and numerous collaborations with artists, writers, and chefs.

Food is increasingly being recognised as a cultural field in its own right — one that Guzzle explores by taking contemporary societal themes and unpacking them through print and immersive live events.

Issue one examined the rise of nostalgia in a post-pandemic world. Issue two explored love amid global disconnect. Issue three considered the idea of home in contemporary society: fleeting yet fixed, comforting yet complicated, the place that grounds us but can just as easily unsettle us.

Founder and Managing Editor

Jane Gleeson is the founder and managing editor of Guzzle. She is a marketing and events consultant specialising in food, drink and hospitality, and holds an MA in Gastronomy and Food Studies from TU Dublin.

Her writing has appeared in The Financial Times, FULL Magazine, 100 Archive and All The Food, and she has collaborated with partners including Body & Soul, Kerrygold, Ballymaloe, The Fumbally, and Note Dublin. She is a Great Taste judge and member of the UK Guild of Food Writers.

Creative Director

Joel Brunn is a designer at Droga5 in London, working across branding, identity and advertising. As Guzzle’s creative director, he is responsible for shaping the publication's visual language across both print and digital platforms.

His work is guided by thoughtful systems, strong typography and design that supports storytelling without overshadowing it.
