Guzzle is an art and food publication founded in Dublin, Ireland.

People gathered around a wooden table enjoying a meal with plates of food, glasses of wine, and a bottle of wine being handed around.

We all eat. Food carries memory across borders, documents the eras we live through, and binds us in ways little else can. Each issue of Guzzle takes a prevalent topic in society and invites artists and writers to respond through food.

Issue one tapped into the rise of nostalgia in a post-pandemic world. Issue two tackled love in a time of global disconnect. For issue three, we pulled an emerging thread from past themes: the concept of home in contemporary society — fleeting yet fixed, comforting yet complicated, the place that grounds us but can just as easily unsettle us.
